TERMS OF SALE
The owner of the online store Hekkno.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") is Hekkno OÜ (registration code 16971059), located at Käbiheina tn 8, Alliku küla, Saue vald, Harju maakond, 76403, Estonia.
Validity of the sales agreement, product and price Information
The terms of sale apply to purchases made in the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. The price includes VAT but excludes delivery charges. All prices are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the products is provided in the Online Store alongside each product.
Placing an Order
To order a product, add the desired items to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The total price will then be displayed, which can be paid via bank transfer or another available payment method.

Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele
Latvian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor
Lithuanian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Šiauliu, Luminor, Urbo, Revolut

The owner of the Online Store is the responsible processor of personal data.
The contract enters into force upon the receipt of the payment to the Online Store’s bank account.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity, and the paid amount will be refunded within 1-2 business days, but no later than within 7 days of notification.
Shipment
Products are shipped to all European Union countries.
Delivery options:
In Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania: Omniva or DPD parcel machines or courier service (door-to-door).
In Finland: Itella Smartpost parcel machines.
Other EU orders: Shipping is available for orders over €250.
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Domestic deliveries within Estonia generally arrive at the specified destination within 1-4 business days from the conclusion of the sales contract unless stated otherwise for a specific product. Deliveries outside Estonia typically take 3-10 calendar days, depending on the logistics provider.
In exceptional cases, the Online Store reserves the right to deliver goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs duties imposed by the destination country, which the seller is not responsible for.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The right of return does not apply to:
Orders made to the buyer’s specific requirements;
Custom-made items according to the buyer’s specifications;
If the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day return policy, the product may only be used in a manner necessary to assess its nature, features, and functioning, similar to how it would be tested in a physical store.
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its suitability or has signs of wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly or refuse to accept the return.
To return a product, the buyer must submit a withdrawal request, which can be found here: Click hereor send an email to [email protected] including product details and the reason for return. The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
The Online Store covers the cost of returns.
The buyer must return the product within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof that they have handed over the product to a carrier within this period.
Upon receiving the returned product, the Online Store will refund all payments received from the buyer within 14 days, excluding the original shipping cost.
The Online Store reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product is received or until proof of shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.
If the price of a product in the Online Store has been mistakenly listed significantly below its market value, the Online Store reserves the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the product.
Right to File a Complaint
The Online Store is responsible for product defects that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years of receipt. The first six months are presumed to be manufacturer-related defects unless the Online Store proves otherwise.
The buyer must notify the Online Store of any defects within two months of discovering them by emailing [email protected].
The Online Store is not liable for defects that occur due to improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
If a defect is found, the Online Store will repair or replace the item. If neither is possible, the Online Store will refund the purchase price.
The Online Store will respond to complaints in writing within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
The Online Store uses personal data only for processing orders and delivering products. Personal data necessary for delivery will be shared with logistics providers.
Marketing emails and promotions will be sent only if the buyer has subscribed by entering their email and confirming their consent.
The buyer can opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by notifying the Online Store via email [email protected] or by clicking the unsubscribe link in promotional emails.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to [email protected].
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve a dispute amicably, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The review of complaints is free of charge.
The buyer may also refer to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
